I have been waiting to write this post for a long time. Today, I finally get to.

HeartSell AI® has officially received its trademark registration.

I know that might sound like a legal formality — a piece of paper, a symbol change from ™ to ®. But for me, this moment is so much more than that. It is the official recognition that what I built is real, it is original, and it is protected. And I want to take a moment to tell you exactly what that means — and why I think it matters for you.

Where HeartSell AI® Came From

HeartSell AI® was born out of a problem I kept seeing over and over again in my work with sales professionals and entrepreneurs.
